FAQs


Q: When can my child start a class?
A: You can start your child in a class at any point in a session.  As long as the class still has open spaces available, we will simply pro-rate the monthly charge to match the number of weeks your child will have the class.

Q: Do I need to sign up every month?
A: Once you  register you will automatic be re-enrolled, until you notify the office you no longer wish to take classes.

Q: What happens if I want to stop taking classes?
A: Just notify the front office by the 20th of the month and you will be dropped for the following month.

Q: Is there a discount for multiple classes/siblings?
A: Yes we will give a 15% discount off 2nd class or siblings class.

Q: What happens if I miss a class?
A: Please inform the front office as soon as you know you will be absent by calling (815)623-5437.  Make-ups are not guaranteed, but we will do our best as our schedule permits.

Q: Can I try a class?
A: You may try a class at a drop in rate of $15.00.

Q: What if I am looking for a class on a certain day or time and cant find it on Kids Spots Schedule?
A: See the front office, they will able to assist you in finding a class and day works that works for you.    

Q: How do I pay tuition?
A: We have four options: Check, Cash, Credit Card, or ACH!   The details for these options can be found on the Rules & Policies page.
