Class Fees
Our program is year round.  Your child is automatically re-enrolled every month. 

Class Discounts
15% discount is given for each additional class and sibling classes.  Discount will be applied to lower class fee and may not be combined with other offers.

Forms of Payment
ACH:                     Pulled directly from a checking or saving account on the 1st business day of the month.

Credit Card:         Monthly fee will be charged on the 1st business day of the month to your card on file. 

Cash/Check:        Your payment is due on or before the 1st of each month. If you fail to pay by the first of
                                the month we will run the credit card on file.      

 

$30.00 Service charge is levied on all returned checks.
12% charge for all late fees.

Our programs do not require a registration or membership fee, and come with a money back guarantee.

Class Cancellation: Notification must be given to the office prior to the 20th of the month before a child is dropped from a class. Parents assume financial responsibility until this time. If cancellation occurs before the first class, a refund will be offered.  We reserve the right to cancel classes at our discretion.  Kids SPOT also reserves the right to dismiss any family for inappropriate behaviors.

Weather Cancellation: All classes will be cancelled for the day when the Kinnikinnick #131 School District is closed due to bad weather. We will try our best to leave a message regarding the closings on the Kids SPOT Facebook or local TV stations. Students are allowed to schedule a make-up where class space is available. No refunds will be given and make-ups are not guaranteed.

Absences/Make-ups:  If you must miss a class, please inform the office in advance, this will allow you to obtain a make-up class.  Make-up classes may be scheduled with the office or online as space permits within 4 weeks of the absences.  Make-ups are not guaranteed.  No in-gym credits will be allowed for make-ups.

Dress Code: 
Girls- leotards are recommended except for cheerleading.  No tights, zippers or buttons.  Hair must be pulled back and away from face. 
Boys- elastic shorts and form fitting shirts.  

Only registered students are allowed in the gymnastic area and must be accompanied by an instructor. No adults allowed on equipment.

Food and drinks are only allowed in the observation or kitchen area.

Parents and observers must refrain from commenting to students and/or instructor during class.

All spectators under the age of 10 years old must be under the direct supervision of an adult. 

Class Advancement 
Each child is an individual and will progress at his/her own pace.  It is always better to remain at a lower level and improve rather than move up too quickly and attempt skills they are not ready for.  It is our goal to not only improve strength, but to increase their confidence and self-esteem.
