Rules & Policies Statement
Class Fees
Must be paid in full before the first class begins or by the
Split Payment Plan (see below). Class fees are
non-refundable after the first week of class and are subject
to change without notice.
Option 1: Pay in Full
Pay in full at time of registration. Each additional family
member will receive a 10% discount.
Option 2: Hold a Class
To hold your registration of any class, your credit card
must be on file. Classes must be paid in full by first day
of class or credit card will be processed.
Option 3: Split Payment Plan
Total Cost is split 50/50 with a $5.00 per child service
fee. Credit card information is required, balance is due by
close of business on Saturday of week 4, or credit card will
be charged.
Annual Facility Fee
Is in addition to your class fees and is non-refundable.
$30.00 for 1st student in family. $20.00 for each additional
family member.
(Charged on your annual anniversary date)
Forms of Payment
We accept Cash, Check, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.



$30 service charge is levied on all returned checks.
Class Cancellation
Notification must be given to the office before a child is
dropped from a class. Parents assume financial
responsibility until this time. If cancellation occurs
before the first class, a refund will be offered. All fees
are non-refundable after the first week; however an in-gym
credit may be requested. We reserve the right to cancel
classes at our discretion. Kids SPOT also reserves the right
to dismiss any family for inappropriate behaviors.
Weather Cancellation
All classes will be cancelled for the day when the
Kinnikinnick #131 School District is closed due to bad
weather. We will try our best to leave a message regarding
the closings on the Kids SPOT answering machine. Students
are allowed to schedule a make-up where class space is
available. No refunds will be given and make-ups are not
guaranteed.
Absences / Make-ups
If you must miss a class, please inform the office in
advance to obtain a make-up class. Make-ups are not
guaranteed and may be scheduled as space permits. No credits
will be given for missed classes.
Dress Code
Girls - Leotard recommended except for cheerleading. No
tights, zippers, or buttons. Hair must be pulled back and
away from face.
Boys- Elastic shorts and form fitting shirts
Only
Registered students are allowed in the gymnastic area and
must be accompanied by an instructor.
Food and drinks are only
allowed in the observation area.
Parents and observers:
Please refrain from commenting to students and/or
instructors during class.
All
spectators under the age of 10 years old should be under the
direct supervision of an adult.
Class Advancement
Every child is an individual and all progress at different
rates. It's better to stay at a lower level than to move up
too quickly and attempt skills they are not ready for or
slow down the rest of the class. It is our goal not only to
help children grow stronger, but also grow self-esteem and
confidence.
